Q 1. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from Qatar and UAE. So expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different manufacturing areas.
Q 2. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
A. It usually takes 7 - 12 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 16 business days. Delivery times vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q 3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?
A. It usually takes between 2 - 3 business days.
Q 4. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.
Q 5. Is shipping really WORLDWIDE?
A. Yes, shipping is worldwide.
Q 6. Where is your company?
A. Our company is based in Ireland and Qatar.
Q 7. In what currency will I be charged?
A. We process all orders in either QAR or USD. While the contents of the cart are displayed in multiple currencies, you will check out in QAR or USD at the latest exchange rate.
Q 8: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.
Q 9. How can I pay?
A. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and even Paypal.
Q 10. Is the cash on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe.
Q 11. If I enter my email address, will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers' information. Email is only for follow-up and to send newsletters about our promotions and new arrivals.
Q 12. Do I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries you do not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are and if you order more than 1 piece. We are not responsible for customs fees. Please check with your local customs agency to find out more.
Q 13. Can I refund the items I have purchased?
All sales are final. We operate a strict NO return or exchange policy, due to the sustainability of our garments and each piece is custom made according to personal measurements and requirements.
