At ORLOUI, each piece is thoughtfully created and selected with intention. As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or exist as singular designs, we operate a considered final-sale policy.

ORLOUI ARCHIVE

All pieces within The ORLOUI Archive are singular original collection pieces and are offered as FINAL SALE.

Due to their unique and limited nature, Archive pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Personal preference
Change of circumstances

Each Archive piece is available only in the size stated on its individual product page. We strongly recommend reviewing the listed measurements and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

CURRENT & FUTURE COLLECTIONS

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, ORLOUI collections are also offered on a final-sale basis.

Where a specific item is eligible for a return or exchange, the applicable terms will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in preparing every ORLOUI order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS].

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged after delivery.

SIZE & FIT

As many ORLOUI Archive pieces are one-of-one designs, alternative sizes may not be available.

Please refer carefully to the measurements provided on each product page before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please contact us before placing your order and our team will be happy to assist.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed promptly and may not be cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the request where possible, subject to the status of your order and applicable law.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times and shipping charges are provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delays caused by customs, local authorities, carriers or circumstances outside ORLOUI's control are not considered a defect in the product.

FINAL SALE

By completing your purchase of an ORLOUI Archive piece, you acknowledge that the item is a singular, final-sale piece and that returns or exchanges are not available for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
